Everyone has said it already.
Through the news.
Blogs.
Social networks.
It’s just all gone wrong. When the people get a chance to speak out, the few that want to twist it for their own ends (to damage, to hurt, to loot) and we have a riot.
There is so much wrong with this country. I however didn’t think that one of the biggest problems would be the people that live in it. I had a bit more faith in Britain than that.
And of course it opens up a hundred other debates. How much is thuggery and how much is legit reaction to a poor government and state of affairs? Can we forgo the human rights for the people causing this and send our Army in on them to cut them down the hard way?
All I can say is, again what many have said, I feel sick. And something needs to be done (understatement).
For now, my thoughts are with all of the good and innocent people of London.
I hope it all ends soon…
